Ingredients

Preperation

  2. Separate the egg yolks and whites;

  4. Mix the yolks until they turn pale (about 2-3 minutes);
  5. Incorporate the chopped fir into the egg whites;
  6. Mix the egg whites and yolks by folding with a spatula;
  7. Place in a hot pan so that the bottom of the omelet is a little crisp;
  8. Bake for 12 to 18 minutes, depending on the size of the omelet and the power of the oven;
  9. Remove when the omelet is puffed and golden;
  10. Serve with a pinch of hellish kanel sea salt and maple syrup.
