Bonjour, pour les épices, c’est du Piment de la Jamaïque ou du « all spice », ça se vend en épicerie. Ça peut aussi être des épices à cretons. (cannelle, muscade, gingembre, clou de girofle, ce sont souvent les ingrédients contenus dans le tout-épices). Merci

@Michel, j’ai mis en fait ce qu’on appelle Piment de Jamaïque moulu (Ground allspice), mais on peut mettre des épices à cretons ou du 4 épices (qui contient: clou, cannelle, muscade, piment de la Jamaïque). Merci!
